Through the changes in my life since my husband’s passing, I was able to experience how fulfilling it is to be an inspiration to other people. In expressing my soul, my inner light shines through, uplifting and nourishing others. By touching the soul of people who are open to it and who value my gifts, I touch my own soul at the same time. It is a giving and receiving, an enrichment for everyone.
Being true to yourself requires personal responsibility – you need to find your own answers and your own way. Our intuition is a wonderful guide. It tells us what is right for us and how we can best bring our uniqueness to light.
Don’t compare yourself to anyone. Be who you are – you are enough. Being true to yourself leads to satisfaction and acceptance from yourself and others. This goes hand in hand with serenity and inner peace. It pays to reflect on your life regularly. In which situations are you true to yourself? Which situations could you deal with better?
Expressing your soul
As we are constantly developing, our soul also wants to be rediscovered, lived, and expressed in new ways. It is a life’s work that leads us to the meaning of our existence. Allow yourself to let go of what you have outgrown.
What does your soul want to express? Give your soul time to guide you according to its wishes and needs. Surrender to the flow of life, which continues to unfold in its own rhythm and carries you with it and feel your connectedness with everything and everyone. Our obligation to life is to live in a way that expresses our own soul.
Recently, I have been asked: “If you knew that you still have x years to live – how would you like to live them?” I would like to fulfill my soul’s desire to create and inspire.
In the Gnostic Gospels it says: “If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you.”
What wants to be brought forth from within you?
